What’s the story? My name is James (or Jim) and I’m a London based illustrator and comic artist. Although specialising mainly in digital illustration, my work retains a very personal, hand-drawn feel which is greatly inspired by artists from the independent graphic novel scene. I have produced artwork for a range of different clients such as Penguin Randomhouse and the BBC, independent musicians, streetwear brands, film makers and local businesses.
In addition, I have also self-produced a number of zines and comics, the latest of which is currently stocked on my online store as well as in shops in the UK and Ireland.
I am represented Globally by Lemonade Illustration.
Outset Design Open Call 2025 selected artist. Four of my artworks were chosen for a new line of prints and cards released exclusively through Outset Design Ireland, showcasing a diverse selection of emerging and established artists.
